The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing information and even taking photos. Room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and amenities. Free transport tickets were a nice addition. Good location for tourists. a pleasant stay.

Staying here was a great experience. The location was perfect as it was right in the downtown area but in a quiet neighborhood, and the main tram line was right next to the hotel making it easy to get around. The room amenities were top-notch including soundproofed rooms, terrace, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The hotel staff was super informative and they gave us all the information we needed during our stay, providing a 5* service.
I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The room exceeded my expectations, with its spaciousness and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation, including trams that can take you anywhere you need to go. the hotel provided a free transport card, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast offered a fresh and satisfying selection, although I would have appreciated some condiments for the meat. The staff were friendly, cute, and always ready to assist.

Staff were helpful and nice! The room was quite large and beautiful, with a comfortable bathroom. The view from the room was nice, and it was quiet at night. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and the main sights of the city.
The room could have been fresher, with old towels and a somewhat old smell in the bed sheets. The breakfast didn't have much variety and was overpriced.

This hotel is perfectly located for those who want to be close to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle of the main station. Access to the centre is easy by tram, and the staff even provides free transportation passes! The room was roomy with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of options and the facilities were modern with a traditional flair.
There was no staff to help with bags up the entrance stairs, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues.
